This postnatal program is designed for young mothers that are as early as 5 weeks and up to 3 years in their postpartum journey.

It is suitable for women that had a vaginal birth or a c-section, including women with diastasis recti (abdominal separation) or a weak pelvic floor.

ABOUT SALLY

‘I’m Sally, a certified pre- and postnatal fitness trainer, mom of two, wife, and entrepreneur.

After I gave birth I was quite disappointed at what was out there for new moms. Nothing was really challenging but at the same time gentle enough for my postpartum body!

I created the postpartum workout program REBUILD for YOU to feel strong, beautiful and confident in your body. As a personal trainer, I know what it takes to transform your body. As a new mother, I also know how hard it is to find time for yourself. So I designed a program that is effective and gives you the fastest possible result in your limited time. The Rebuild program was one of the best things I’ve done for myself since giving birth. It really helped me focus on me and my health and not just the baby’s. When I started the REBUILD program I have severe back and pelvic pain. I couldn’t sit for a long time because it was so painful. In the rebuild program I realized that I had a severe diastasis recti. After the self-test the workout plan suggested that I do a specific core workout once per week besides the other workouts. It did its’ magic.  FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT’S THE FORMAT OF THE PROGRAM CONTENT?

All workouts and educational videos are in follow-along video format. They are 10-30 minutes long because I know you’re busy and doing your workout during nap time or after a long day! Meditations are in audio format. The program also includes helpful, printable PDFs.

HOW FLEXIBLE IS THIS PROGRAM?

I know how hard it is to take time for yourself with a baby. That’s why I designed a program that is flexible! You can do all workouts at home without any equipment! The workouts are not live but pre-filmed videos so you can do them whenever you find time. You train 2-3x per week and decide on which days, at which time of the day.

WILL I GET A DIET PLAN?

The program does not include crazy eating habits or diets. It will provide you with lots of knowledge about weight loss and nutrition and you will get a food list with foods you should enjoy and avoid. I want to encourage you to be mindful about what you are consuming with the intention of fueling your body, improving your physical and mental health by using a sustainable approach.

I HAD MY BABY A WHILE AGO! IS THE PROGRAM STILL FOR ME?

If your baby isn't a baby anymore but you never took the time to lose all of your baby weight, get rid of your mummy tummy or strengthen your pelvic floor - this plan is perfect for you! If you gave birth longer than 5 months ago and you still have a forward bulging tummy, pain during sex and experience urine leakage then it won’t go away unless you do something about it. It is never too late to close your Ab Separation and strengthen your Pelvic Floor!

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

All you need is your yoga mat and a medium sized towel. You are already equipped with your body - that is perfect and enough!

WHEN CAN I START?

Now! You can start the official REBUILD program as early as 5 weeks after a vaginal birth and 7-9 weeks after a c-section. BUT there are also workout videos for the first few weeks right after birth until you are cleared by your doctor. So you can start as early as 2 weeks after birth!

I WAS VERY ACTIVE DURING PREGNANCY AND I ALREADY STARTED EXERCISES POSTPARTUM. IS THE PROGRAM STILL FOR ME?

Yes. Every mom needs to strengthen her pelvic floor and core after birth. No matter how long ago. If you have gone back to ‘regular‘ exercise without doing any postpartum work, you should still consider doing the program. If you are back in a fitness routine the first two weeks might be ‚easy‘ for you but that allows you to focus even more on the core and pelvic floor. Then the workouts progress in intensity so you will be challenged enough.

ARE THE WORKOUTS LIVE?

No, the workouts are not taking place live. The are recordings that you stream at home at a time that works for you.
